Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Blueprint and are a binding contract between you and Blueprint Technologies.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the platform, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to do so.

2. Subscription and payment

Subscriptions are billed in INR per seat per month or per year, as indicated on the pricing page. Invoices are issued by Blueprint Technologies and are GST-compliant; you are responsible for TDS where applicable.

3. Acceptable use

You will not use the platform to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, upload malicious code, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach.

4. Customer data

You retain ownership of all data you upload. We process it as a data processor under the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining consent from your team members and vendors where their personal data is captured.

5. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same care used for its own, not less than reasonable care.

6. Service levels

Enterprise plans carry a 99.9% monthly uptime SLA with service credits for missed targets. Starter and Studio plans are provided as-is, best-effort.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blueprint Technologies's aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
